FS: Hondata Stage 4B
List Prices:
Hondata Stage 4B = $1190 (latest version)
JDM P30 ECU = ~$400 (with knock sensor, smaller than P28/30 and fits OEM location)
ODBI – OBDII Adapter Harness = $250 (not needed for all applications)
Programmer/Emulator = $240
2X EEPROM Re-writeable Chips = $50
-------------------------
Total value = ~$2130
I’m not on crack so don’t email me any silly offers, but all reasonable offers will be considered. I have finished tuning my setup and want to get some cash back. I will include two JRSC tuned ROM’s with each of the chips, one that made 230hp @ 8psi & one that made 192hp @ 6psi. Hundreds of $$$ went into dyno tuning these ROM’s and they are yours for free. If you don’t need the ECU or harness make me an offer without. All original documentation included (although I advise you download updated color version from Hondata). I will give you any reasonable amount of tech support during install, or if you are in Houston I will even help you with it.
Thanks, Philip…

$1200 would be a reasonable offer w/o JDM P30, they are very rare. They are also the same size as the new ODBII ECU's and will fit the stock location. They also maintain the OE knock sensor to help protect the engine against detonation.
Maybe I could do $1200 and ship a P28 instead.

In the group of guys I tune with there are 3x 4B's. When I bought it I did not know anyone with Hondata or want to depend on anyone to tune for me as I needed to makes changes all the time. Now I have a well tuned setup I am just gonna run a 2B and hopefully get some cash back.
The Hondata setup uses your existing ECU on an ODBI car, not a replacement ECU like some setups. It does require one modification to the ECU, which is that you have the board socketed for the pluggable chip.
If you can use a soldering iron it is pretty simple, but I would recommend you let Doug do it. It is pretty cheap and turn around is quick.
