Default h22 swap into a 6th gen accord

I am starting my research on this swap. I am doing a lot of searching, but I am making a thread also.

The car is a AUTO 99 Accord LX (F23a?).
The motor is a 96 JDM H22A.

We have the JDM ecu, so there should be no immobilizer problems. We also have an OBD1 ecu and conversion harness handy.

As for the motor mount, I am told that the Drivers side motor mount is the worrisome one, and that I can either use the Prelude one, or fabricate something with the Accord one.

The wiring is what I am focusing my research on.

Frow what I have gathered so far, the Accord has a One piece engine harness, and the H22 has a two piece.

What strategies should I look into, I was thinking of maybe converting over to an accord H23 harness, I am imagining, that would have similar sensors/placments??

hope this helps... so for the mount on the driver side i used part prelude(what bolts to the block)and part accord ( what bolts to the engine bay)and fabercated with steel a piece to connect them..Ill try to get you a pic.now for tranny use the prelude.the rear use prelude. the front u can use either, the accord will tilt the moter back about 5 degrees i am using the prelude now.they bolth seem to work.for the harness i converted it to a single side harness. i built it out of the car.its a lot of work but its super clean.listen there are a bunch of little bullshit things you should know.first to make your temp gauge work you have to tap into your tw senser.well actually there is a year discrepency on the accord ill have to check.anyway, man ill tell you what get some guestions together or if you get stuck just ask ill be glad to help.

What do you mean by that? And can you clarify which car has a two-piece engine harness, and which piece has a one-piece? I haven't been able to look at the kids car to get a straight answer yet.

My gut instinct tells me, I will end up using the F23 harness and adding length to accomodate the sensors.

Thank you.

You may wish to consult bionic on this.

He did it himself in his garage... I saw the aftermath.

.... I see no users with the username of bionic.

Can you be more specific please?
