Default APEXI CHANGES THE N1 CATBACK

Just a heads up, apexi changed the n1 catback design for 92-95 civic hatchbacks. the can no longer comes out at an angel, it goes over the axel and the can is about half the size as it used to be. Just thought I would let H-T know so noone gets the suprise I did when I ordered mine.

Are you sure it isnt a custom setup using the NA muffler?

Ahhh... so on the older style, the piping ran under the LCA?

ya i seen it yesterday a local guy has a hatch and it looks pretty nice. it has a minor kick of an angle to it. but not as drastic as it use to be. sounds a little deeper as well.

Actually the new design makes much more sense than the old design.

The old under the LCA deisng sucked ***. If the car was lowered more than a minor drop, the muffler and piping would slam into all sorts of **** and get banged up.

I like the way N1 tilts. its just the piping under the LCA that sucks.

How do you know this?

I think it looks better. No one is really going to know how long the muffler is. No one is under your car.

Need some pics from the back. Is this going to be for the turbo catback too? My brother has a turbo B16 EG and he really likes the N1 but he hated the under the LCA design for scraping, so hopefully this will be better!!!
