What transimission fluid did you guys use?
Okay, i have 22225 miles on my car. so i figure it's time to change my transmission fluid. What should I use? the redline MTL or MT-90?
use Honda MTF .......
best **** out there I sincerely believe for the stock R tranny......
I use Redline MTF with Ford Fric. modifier because I have a KAAZ..... starting to wonder if Hondat MTF with Ford Fric. will do the trick instead....

Honda MTF. A search will turn up lots of good information in this topic:

I'd stay away from Redline on Hondas. It wears the synchros very quickly. I use BG synchroshift, Amsoil, Kaaz or combinations of those depending on what you have done to tha trans.
I've used Redline MTL since the first reccomended change and my syncros are still fine. I have 96000km and have had no problems with the car. I do drive it hard and race it often too. I may try Motul 90PA next though.....

Really Johnny? I used MTL and it killed my synchros in 40,000 miles. After that replaced synchro and used BG fluid. Zero problems up to 108,000 miles when I sold it.
