http://www.we-todd-did-racing....DE%3D
2nd vid is a walk around the car sorry its boucy & my boost gauge wasn't illuminated but at least I got a shot of the Integra gauge cluster @ the end
http://www.we-todd-did-racing....DE%3D
3rd vid was a street start 5-40 run with my vtec activated slight pause then a 40-60 run AGAIN sorry but I don't have a camera man. I just wanted to show that it hooks decently when its wet and I'm only doin bout 5lbs of boost

What components did you use to put together this setup?

heres a few more pics of the turbo & hf manifold
heres a shot of my flexible boost pipe

heres a shot inside, its a smooth bore wire supported, will not collapse heat resistant does not distort under boost

this is just an example of how ez this tubing to work with

I'm using a rhb5 turbo from a mazda mx-6

hf manifold

BMC raceplates rhb5 adapter (this adapter makes the install 100% easier!!!)

vortech 12:1 fmu

missing link with a homemade cheater, i got inventive @ 2am & I needed to stop the code 5 & code 3 I kept gettin from my ecu so I used some leftover vacuum tube, nuts, washers, clamp screws, some rtv to seal it & voila... it works

and yes I am using a block guard( I know this a touchy subject) been good for a while now

oh and a 1st gen dsm BOV(its pictured above in the 1st post)
I hope I didnt forget anything

yep, it came with a cover on it & I found it @ the junkyard & I had to have it, blends well with the other black piping I got

I am runnin 5-6 lbs so far not alot but its fun to hit on a roll, plus in the rain it OWNZ
12:1 is pig rich but no bad reactions so far, better rich than lean
if I look back out my rear view mirror I can see the fuel dump(btw,no cat either) after boost

Hahahah sweet, now you have a base to work from. You can drive that around while saving for some new piping, better fuel management and a intercooler...

I likes though, dont see many boosted AWD wagons

sorry to cram all these responses into one post but I don't wanna post ***** my own thread so here goes

The vid is actually the third response down from the top, like 3 links I think. 2 runs in the rain & 1 walk around givin a 360 degree view of the wagon, I have to do a few more vids, they're a PITA to download cuz I'm usin 56k
hope to have a few more soon, gotta get the peeps @ work to hold the digicam

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Harry_Randal &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Hahahah sweet, now you have a base to work from. yeah savin that money now, gotta go forged also. Need better fuel management, piping, and an IC . I agree.
I have an intercooler jus need 2 hook it up. I know of maybe 3-4 boosted wagons so far. I don't think any are automatics. I am also gettin some blow by, I may need to goto a thicker oil than 5w30 My compression & leakdown were real good last time I checked. I may have to go back & get em checked again, plus I need to hit the dyn to see what this bee-yacchh puts out.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by BlackTop211 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">What do you mean by hesitation Problem? And is it a certain RPM?</TD></TR></TABLE>
yeah kinda like bout 3000 or 3500 rpms, doesn't happen all the time either(???) it feels like a bog then nothing no prob, never had that until a I had a good downpipe welded in, weird to me since I've never had a boosted car before.
Blacktop211 do you know what it could be?

Btw, what does everyone recommend for fuel management? I really want to do this right.
right now I'm using the FMU, missing link & my stock ecu.
