195 whp or close too it...how do acheive that out of a B18c JDM GSR engine (all motor)
So could this be done...? if so how...?
Could I do it with OEM parts (i.e. Type R cams, type R head)
or should I go aftermarket (i.e. Spoon, Toda, Mugen, Crower, etc...)
so what are your personal opnions?

OEM cannot and is not made for the RPM's that you will need to get that horsepower.
New Pistons (HC), rods, valves, valve springs, retainers, cams, crank.....did I forget anything....oh yeah, everything FORGED.

Sorry....but Spade is wrong on this one.
You can get some JDM ITR pistons to up that compression. Then try a CTR intake cam and ITR exhaust cam. If you still don't have it then try a thinner head gasket. If you have a good exhaust and header and intake you could probably get that power. Actually, now that I think about it, you will probably need some cam gears to get all the power possible out of those cams.
Good luck!

....and to add to Waffles..
You wanna stick with the GSR/P72 head along with ITR pistons and a thinner headgasket. Raising compression is a good thing for a naturally aspirated engine. Not too high though, around 11.5 is about perfect for a daily driven compression ratio'd engine setup.
According to Mike K's Cam dyno test post, you might even want to try a Jun spec 2 intake cam and ITR/CTR exhaust cam along with cam sprockets, reprogrammed ECU, and some dyno time.
Also, these items will help you get close or even over the 200hp marker:
- JDM OEM JDM 4-1 header
- Apexi VAFC
- Some kind of aftermarket FPR (fuel pressure regulator)
- Possibly bigger injectors (310cc)
- If you stick with your SiR/P72 head, go with a Skunk2 manifold or.....even talk to ERICK's Racing. There's some special thing he does with a stock GSR intake manifold that makes better power than a Skunk2 manifold.
-Ported throttlebody
(no bigger than 64mm, anything bigger is pointless for a daily driver setup)
....I think there's a couple more things but thats a majority of what is on the chaulk board in my head...

He also said WheelHP meaning he has to get it to the ground. All that horsepower will do nothing unless you get a good clutch and Tires!! very important. Also a good susp. what kind would you recomend KATMAN??

hrmm....sus..
I've tried out Tein HA's, Apexi N1R's and now have Tein RA's. All of which I have liked. It's a hard call. The APEXi N1R's are a more racey suspension imo, since you actually adjust/shorten the shock body height rather than raise and lower the spring perches like on the Teins. Only downside was the spring rates on the N1R's..too soft, they need to sell those out-the-box with a stiffer rate. I liked em' all so I can't say which one I liked best. The RA's I have now, are stiffys! a little too stiff for daily driver...what I did was trade my RA springs for HA springs, its a little better now.... Just my views on the suspensions I've tried.
A stock Honda B-series clutch should do fine or he can just get a dual diaphram
pressure plate w/stock disk - that's always worked for me.
oh yeah..forgot - get a lightened flywheel! It won't make any hp, but it's still a good investment, the neck-snapping get up n'go acceleration is addicting.
