When are you all leaving. four of us from St. Catharines/Niagara Region are meeting up on Thrusday July 22 around 12 to 1pm at the Fort Erie Peace Bridge, (Inside the Duty Free).
Does anyone else have anything planned out yet., either way keep in touch maybe we can meet up soon and plan further, if we dont have a meet, I guess we will see you all on the 22nd at Canadian Customs. Dont forget your passports like ITR537 did last year

If you have two-way radios bring them.

This time - SHOW UP!

 

I plan on leaving Friday morning early (want to be there well before 7pm)
staying over Friday and Saturday night and returning Sunday.

I have a pair of walkie-talkies

okay you guys are very funny...my passport is legit now...i did a test run couple weeks ago and i made it onto American soil....hahahah most guys might be leaving friday now but i think we are still leaving on the thursday.....extra night of drinking......

Check in at the hotel is at 3pm.

This gives us some leeway time for unforseen occurances, also time to eat / breaks.

Yes, bring your FRS radios, food, documents, cash, etc.

I think 6am is little early, maybe 7:30am..and we leave at 8:00am SHARP (none of the typical waiting around crap). Also the location I think should move the SUNOCO gas station (2 min.) north's of your suggested location (Wilson & Dufferin). Since everyone is going to need gas to fill up and the access ramp to the highway is just south of it. Also the security at Yorkdale in the morning will have all access routes closed except the main road at the North end to let employees through.

Do we know how many people are coming on Friday?

I'm good with meeting at the the Sunoco at Dufferin St. and Wilson Ave.

I still think 6am is best. If we arrive there early it will give us time to relax a bit. It should take us 5.5hr in theory, but with stop overs, traffic, construction zones, cop presence, well it may take longer.

50 car caravan.. haha I wish there were that many ITRs in Toronto or that many enthusiants willing to go to the Expo.
