check out my new err used 96 gsr rims from a friend of mine that i painted
what do u guys think of my new rims'? had to sell teh kosei rims so i can get my pistons and rods

they are 15" 1996 gsr rims lol i didnt sand anything down trying to be as cheap as possible on this one i really need to build my motor.....so i left the tire on and got some black engine paint and wallllaaaaaaaah! lol

i think those rims are nasty..whoever gave em too yah really screwed you...hahahahahaha...if you wanted black rims...you shoulda just bought em riceboy....now they compliment yer purple headlights..hehe

Good job, I waited until i need new tires to spray paint my gsr rims. It's so much easier with the tires off. You did well my friend.

Damn Profile....I was looking at the pic of the rim itself and didn't think it looked that good....

Man, I wish I still had those rims now. My friend let me "borrow" them for about a year. He decided to sell his car, and the buyer wanted the factory rims as well. Anyways, long story short, I got screwed. Good job, but look out for flakes. Paint never seems to stick right.

and to answer your questions its just 500degree engine paint spray painted on my garage floor and dont worry the tires will be outta here soon i am sure i wont get much traction with them anyway

yeah man looks pretty good....i did that to my 96 15s about 5 months ago and the paint hasn't started to chip at all.
U did use clear coat on them too right? Good thing about them is that u don't have to clean them...then they get really dirty with brake dust they look like a darker shade of gun-metal rather than black!
They def give that racer look!

heres a pic of my car with flat black si rims on it.....now im on 97 ls flat black rims...will post as soon as someone gets to my house to take em...(y2kgsr!)

LOOKS GOOD!!...hmm, I'm low on money now, how much can I get those Integra wheels for??...hehe...and with the paint, how did you paint them, what kinda paint was it?? does it leave bubbles and stuff and how many coats...??
