how do u adjust the angle on your head lights?

how do u adjust the angle on your head lights?
My headlights are facing strait down and I can only see like 30 feet in front of me.. How do I adjust them so they are strait?

There are two adjustment screws on each headlight - one for horizontal and one for vertical adjustment. It's hard to explain exactly where they are and what they look like without actually looking under my hood, but if you take a look at the lights, you shouldn't have a problem finding them. They are easily adjusted with a phillips screwdriver. Good luck

there is a clear plastic cover the bubble level, how can i remove it? so i can adjust the screw?
