Need Help taking out Idle air control valve "iacv" please help!
remove the two bolts holding it in, they should be 12mm. Then remove the two coolant lines from the bottom of the iacv. Plug the coolant lines so they don't leak all over your engine bay. Spray iacv down with carb cleaner and give it plenty of time to dry. Also make sure the screen isnt obstructed by anything and that the rubber figure 8 shaped gasket is in good condition. When clean and dry put the coolant lines back on and reinstall the bolts, make sure theyre tight but dont over tighten them. You might want to bleed your coolant also. Thats it.

I was able to go the easy route. Didn't remove the coolant lines and just removed the screen and cleaned it. Car had just over 100k and the screen was FILTHY. No more code 14.
