ok? i have 440f and 350R and i drive this thing everyday, no problem no strain. a bit firm but thats fine. 450-350 is fine for daily driving but i would use a different damper. something adjustable will be good.

If you do not have the kyb shocks yet, look into some koni yellows. They are adjustable and can handle those rates fine, plus if you ever wanted to upgrade your springs, you can keep the konis. konis and ground control coliovers with a good spring rate is a very nice setup.

You will love this setup!</TD></TR></TABLE>
listen to this man. and the guy before him. i just put this exact setup on my car friday, and oh my god is it wonderful. it's night and day compared to the lousy tein ss 448/224. the yellows are just awesome shocks, ride comfort is actually better with the yellows and stiffer springs. the rear is a little bumpy sometimes, but you don't sit back there.
the great thing about the koni/gc setup is the total flexability you have. if you buy springs that are too soft/stiff, you can buy another pair and sell the old ones for a minimal loss. i'd recommend you save the money until you can afford this setup.

i dont really need adjustable shocks, and that good of quality...im only 17. so the kyb's where my choice over the tokico blues. if you can recommend anything else that would be great.

What does your age have to do with anything? If you want to skimp out on your suspension, go ahead. But the advice given to you is to help you purchase something you will not regret.

Do you have eigether yet?
If not I would recomend a set of Omni-man full coil overs. They also have a couple different spring rates
. They are not dampening adjustable but they are dampened specifically for whatever spring rate you choose. Plus they are decently priced at around $600 I believe

those rates are going to be too high for the GR2's. I mean, sure it will work, but you will be under dampened and may have a bouncier ride and the shocks won't last as long.
I wouldn't run over 400 on the AGX's, which are much better than the GR2's
