What kinda of Eg bumper is this (JDM)

I was on a jap. website and saw this pic. The bumper is pretty nice kinda reminds me of aek bumper. Did anyone ever see this? Were do they have or sell them?

there is a post with this same topic, it ran into like 3-5 pages worth of stuff. No body has seemd to figure out what kind it is. There is a carbon fiber bumper which fits eg's and is shaped like the 99-00 front bumper, but its all CF. guess no body knows yet, Bump for the cleanest eg kit

yea j's racing has one like that too they sell it in all carbon fiber i wanna say it's like six or either nine hundred dollars for all the ballers out there
