No, you are right.
People have a tendency to set the crossover way too high, I don't get it.

that a/f ratio is amazing. id move vtec about 300 rpm sooner, but it wont make much of a difference... the VE when using the low cam is clearly worse than the high cam in that little range...
I want to dyno at that temp. I got 290 at ~85 degrees. Dropped to 270 at 100 degrees. F'n AZ! $%$#$@!!

Tq and Hp always cross at the same point...5250, that is a really poor choice in the choosing of when to turn vtec on.
