Race pictures (Darley Moor)
Finally got them scanned....
Circuit layout.

First three are all in the hairpin. No real line through it but on the exit as you power out you can naturally cut people into the wall on the left. The gearing was spot on as it has a high first in at the mo, pulls straight out, no clutch at all and bang it into second as you apex the curve onto the straight front wheel in the air.
Bloke behind on a Hornet 600, BTW Casey if you are reading this you are a wxnker for trying to go round the outside of me into the hairpin and clashing clip-ons with me. I am not sorry what I did to you at Park, it serves you right.

Nightmare, couldn't get a decent line and nearly pushed the front out. Shows what a treaded race tyre will do though, but slicks next time and adjust riding position to keep the bike more upright.

All the sponsors! Have a couple to go on but the stickers were late, should be on by next round.

Yup, recognise the bike behind? yes, its the kitted missle with my vastly more experienced boss on board. half a second is now seperating us, and with slicks it is going to get faster.

Cool shots. It amazes me how far people lean over on sport bikes. I'm sure it will take me a long time before I lean down that far when I get mine. A REAL long time.
The pics show up for me, nice picks man, i wish i could afford some track time, but right now i can barely afford to keep my head above water with these bike payments....damn being young....

Can't really tell from the shots but you may want to give a look at your foot placement to help your clearance. Either sets farther back or possibly using the ball of your foot on the inside or both. If you keep your knees tucked, you'll see a good bit more clearance but you'll have to adjust the slider. What size are you running up front? Also I don't know what tires you have available over there but the new dunlop 208gps were impressive in demo recently
Thats what i'm turing my 600 into this year talked to the pops about and he said alright so i'm saving for this winter next spring i'm moving up to eather the 954 or the new RR.... can't wait.... nice pics man....

I struggled with that last year on the old bike. This one feels a little bigger and I am ok on the inner, I figure the outer will do what it feels like anyway. From what I am told by race instructers my shoulders need to rotate more, knee angle farther forwards to keep the bike upright as the lean angle is too severe. The front is a 120/70/17 and is running a medium Dunlop 364. I am looking at moving onto slicks using a soft front and medium rear.
I wish I had got pictures through paddock as you take it flat in fourth, its probably a much fairer rep. of what you are doing right/wrong. The hairpin has no natural line and is a bit of ***** corner really.

Doesn't the exhaust typically sit on the right/throttle-side? But damn your bike looks good.
