Well here are random pics from the install. I was going to do a write up, but the install is just like installing any other set of coilovers besides the preload adjustment and adjusting the coilover length.

All I can say is WOW!!!
compared to the Apexi WS I was riding on this is night and day. The suspension is so stiff that when my 170 lb. passenger sat in the car the height changed by about 1mm. Yeah you read that right.
After adjusting the preload and making sure everything was torqued to spec I took it for a nice drive. The spring rates are 12K front 10 K rear. I wouldn't suggest these rates on the street for a daily driver, but Omni Man has a street setup with 10K front and 6K rear or 12K F 8K R. Even on a higher speed sweeping down hill corner the car had lots of grip. It has a lot more in it and I highly doubt I will ever be able to outdrive it. You do feel all the little bumps and cracks in the road, but the ride is still smoothe. If I could describe the feeling at all is "Big Go Kart". Seriously the thing handles like it's on rails. There is little to no roll at all. Turn in is much sharper, braking is better due to less squat in the front and all I can say is that this is THE BEST purchase I have ever made. I just need to get the car aligned and get my camber adjusted. The car is extremely fun to drive.
The build on these is beyond impressive for the price that they are going for. I ran into a friend from school on the way home from UPS and asked him how much he thought they were. He guessed over 1000
Seriously for this amount of money you can't go wrong. The quality and the worksmanship is unmatched. The customer service that Steve (Omniman) provided me was the best I have ever received. He told me my coilovers would be out in 24 hours. I thought that he meant they would be shipped within 24 hours. But the coilovers arrived at my house in just a little under 36 hours after payment. And 24 hours after shipment.
There were no instructions so I had to call Steve about some little things and he was happy to help me out.
Cliffnotes: If you are looking for a suspension that is excellent quality and worksmanship, along with great customer service, this is it! Even at 1000 dollars I think it would be a great deal. Everyone should jump on this. If you are on a budget, or even if you aren't I would suggest giving these a try.

Looks like you had the camber kit installed also. Make sure you check out the alignment before you do any serious test drives.
Great purchase you have there.

The camber kits were not installed yet. I am waiting to see exactly what I have to modify in the front.
-The whole setup with the camber arms and rear shims cost me around 800 bucks. It is an excellent buy.

These are very easy to adjust after you do it once. You can adjust shock length without adjusting the stroke, which is a big plus. And it has top hats so that you do not need to do any compressing of your stock shocks and removing of the caps.
And don't worry I wasn't driving the car the car that hard. But I drove it hard enough to notice that the Apexi setup is crap by comparison.

are the ones in the pics the acutal ones you put on the car?..... if so why do 3 of them have eyelits on the bottom and only one is a fork design when there is supposed to be 2 of each? just caught my eye cus the red ones are on the back when its the only one that is made for the front
just wondering

considering Ommni has done tons of work for Skunk2, it wouldn't surprise me if the springs were skunk2's.

Ok to reply to all the questions....
Yes the black springed coilovers are the apexi WS. I just wanted to show them side by side so you could see the difference in size.
What did I do with the Apexi Coilovers? They are going on my cousins Type-R tomorrow afternoon.
Is this my daily driver......nope. I have an Accord V6 for daily commute. This is my weekend driver/race car. The stroke is not extremely short, but it is shorter than my WS. But remember that when you have rates this stiff, the car is not going to need all that stroke. I have no idea what you would be doing to bottom these out. I seriously think it won't happen unless you did some Dukes of Hazard jumping the car over a canyon or something. The rebound is agressive, you feel it going over dips in the road. It will shoot your *** a little out of the seat if you are doing a high speed. But if you are worried about it being to stiff, then get the less aggressive rates. All the coilovers are designed and valved for the specific rates.
How high do they adjust? Well I guess I should have took pics after I first installed the rear. I initially set the shock length to the same as the Apexi WS forgetting that the Apexi sag a lot more. So when I lowered the rear, it was about 6inches wheel gap. No joke. If you are worried about being able to maintain stock height don't worry. You could rally these coilovers. I should have taken pics
All I can say is that there is no roll. Bumps don't feel too bad. But I haven't hit any pot holes either. I assume it would be shitty to run with these over a pothole. The car is quick to resettle after a bump. There is no squat when braking. Absolutely more than I had ever hoped. And it handles more insane than I could ever dream.
Just make sure that you have gas money because you will find excuses to drive around for no damn reason besides rolling the R out.
I will have more pics. 3 wheeling pics and more garage jacked up pics. I don't really know how much I have lowered it from stock, because I had the WS in before this. But I would say it's lowered by about 1 inch in the front and back maybe a couple mm more.
Now my only regret is that Omni Man was not producing these sooner.
He says some "race rates" are coming, so I might have to try those out too 16KF/14K R

for what?
These coilovers characteristics remind me of the Zeal B6's with adjustable shock bodies at a fraction of its price. For 800$ im sold.

I asked about the stroke because I would prefer a short stroke. It seems from reading reviews on other non-damping-adjustable coilovers that the damping rates for those coilovers are too soft and are made more for comfort, thus allowing the springs to compress too much over bumps where in a performance setup you wouldn't want so much spring compression over the same bumps, instead you'd want the shock to abosb it and have the car forget about the bump as soon as possible. Whereas other non-adjustable entry coilovers seem like they would make the car feel heavy, these omniman ones seem like the real deal, they seem like they'd make the car feel light and nimble, like a good custom bilstein setup maybe. Am I correct about the "heavy" feeling, did you get this feeling with the Apexi WS's? If you did, is it gone now?
