Default Timing belt busted. Fixed, but new problem arose!

As stated, the timing belt busted. Correct me if wrong, but all four cylinders holding 160psi should say that valves aren't bent. Car idles smoothly and all (by the way, this is a D15 in a 91 civ hatch 4spd std) and sounds fine, but I've got a SERIOUS loss of power. The car DID drop (on soft ground) twice from about a foot to a foot and a half with one front wheel off. Yeah, I had physics against me that day. I've looked under the car several times, and everything seems fine, nothing appears damaged, I even ran it up the street with no exhaust beyond the header. I thought it might be damaged as now it almost has the "rice" sound to it. But even still it seemed like it didn't match the power I had WITH the pipe on it. Any ideas? My clutch is fine, the brake is off...I dont' know what else to do?

have a leakdown test performed on the car. after its warm. that should tell you whats going on inside the motor.
