yeah...Sato slipped up on braking....hap he done it right, he would have been in the top 5 easily...MS starting from 5th, tomorrow will be fun!

Yeah BAR is not quite up there with Ferarri but definately neck and neck with Renault for the #2 position!

 

after watching some of the f1 action on speed channel today (having never really watched it before) it really intruiged me. however i was searching all day for a site with some info on those motors (whats the highest rpm theyre capable of, how the make it run them safely etc etc.) and i couldnt find anything... anyone have a good link or two to share?

 

I think they rev to 19k RPM! Crazy stuff! But great to watch and teh sound is amazing. I just wish I could see it in person!

 

I believe the replay of this morning's final qualifying will be @ 1 AM (about 43 min from now).

P.S R.J. has not idea what an ITR Expo is.

Funny when they said Alonso gave Ralf the international sign for number one

Ralph should be penalized, but Alonso was stupid for trying to overtake in the tunnel.


Looks like MS panicked when he saw the pace car in fron of him and got on the brakes too hard. JPM then rear-ended him....nice move

 

Looks like MS left front brake locked by itself....

Normally when you brake too hard, the inside front wheel will lock first. Could also be the left front bearing.

Why should Ralf be penalized, as all he did was hold his line? It was Alonso who got off line, and lost control.

 

he was a lap behind and Alonso had been tring to overtake him....but again...stupid for doing in the tunnel...there's only one line
