Default c's short shifter

anyone rocking a c's short shifter? today i looked at my shifter and it has the word "C's" imprinted on it. this isn't the adjustable one. has anyone had experience with these short shifters? personally, i think it's great. it's a little shorter than OEM, but not too short. only downside is it rattles quit a bit at high RPMs.

Besides there price they are top notch. I really think they nailed the geometry on these. Because the shift is shortened but its still smooth and not notchy. Also the transition from 2nd to 3rd is still a pretty straight shot instead of a path like a z.

I've seen them for $350 brand new to $150 used. I have the same one on my EK and I love it. Got mine used for $200.

It depends whos buying it. I was able to buy them for $100(after the yen conversion) new in the box from upgarage when I lived in japan.

I never heard about people making knock offs of these but the 3 things I would look for is. Bearings in the bottom, the big *** C's logo and the steel top threaded portion wich is cast into the aluminum.

The pic you have looks authentic.
