can i get any info from anyone who has swapped a b18a1 into a crx? what do i need to do to make the swap? i know that there needs to be some room made
for the alternator, but is there anything else? Is there any other modifications that i need to make? Does the same axle fit and do i need to make any modifications to the shift linkages or anything? I am using the same tranny as well. any info will help.

I put a b18a1 out of a 93 integra into my 89 CRX Si. Its real easy. But it depends on what model your car is. All i had to do was use my Si engine harness, Si injectors , got a 90-91 LS distributor, 90-93 non-abs axles, shift linkage, and mounts, oh yeah and a 90-91 ECU. What model is your car?

My car is the hf model. Does that mean that I have to get a new harness? If so, which one do i need? 'Also, what do I need to do about the shift linkage? do i need a new one, or do i have to make it fit some how? I have the axles, tranny, ecu, and everything from my 93 integra gs. Also, my gs is equipped with abs. Does that mean that I can't use the axles? Or any other things from the car? I really need some feedback. Never done the swap before. don't want to screw it up. Thanks for replying to my post.
Just go to a shop and tell them u need a shift linkage, thats what i did. As for the axles u cant use those, u have to get non abs, and u have to change u spindles to like some dx or Si, and just use your HF engine harness, and if u have the ECU out of the 93 u have to either get the obd0 to obd1 conversion harness, or u can just get the one out of a 90-91integra, and u have to get the 90-91 distributor. It seems like a lot but its not at all, this is all the stuff i went through when i did my swap. Hope this helps.
