Torque spec for spark plugs?

I know most of you guys put your plugs in by hand and tighten them by hand, but I was wondering what the proper torque specs are for installing spark plugs? I need ft-lbs please....thanks guys! I've heard 13lbs and 20lbs. Which is it. Will 20lbs damage the threads in the cylinder head?
if you hand tight it its going to be around 13 ft lbs anyhow.
if you went ahead with 20 ft lbs, no point in worrying about it now...just correct it.
the damage, if any, has already been done, and if no damage, consider yourself lucky and buy a helms.

There are torque specs for a reason, especially with aluminum heads.

While installing plugs to "hand tight + 3/4 turn" may work for you but its just not the correct way to do it. NGK doesnt say use anti-seize on the threads, so do you leave that out also?
