I sent Justin $1550 for his seats 4weeks ago. Now he is selling his car and doesn't reply to im's. Whats the deal????

 

damn, i hope you were smart enough to send him a personal check, bank certified check. or a paypal payment with your credit card...all these methods will be reinbursted back to you....

if not you have no protection if he decides to scam you....

Hope he isn't scamming you. A strange thing about that guy is, he posted picks of his car, but never full pictures of his car. It was like he didn't want to show it or the car isn't even his and those are the only pictures he has. I asked for pictures of the full car since he was selling it and I was and still am interested, but no reply.

 

is he a socal guy?? 'cuz if he is, i thought he was a cool guy, being the one that set up the fund to contribute to tjtrjuong or whatever's gift when he was diagnosed with cancer.

hmm.. let us know more... scammers are always a bad thing.. makes me nervous, especially now i'm in the middle of a transaction w/ a dude across the country.

Tried calling him again, I think he hung up on me. Didn't answer when I attempted 2 more calls afterwards

 

what is your location.. you can take him to small claims court and then get the amount put on his credit history to really **** him good... he will have bad credit up to 10 years then it gets wiped clean....

dont wait for him to get in touch with you. start the process now... let the judge decide whos right and whos wrong.... do let this *** get away with stalling anymore.. if he is serious he will send the items... trust me..

if your in a different state than he is. talk to the county clerks office they will tell you what paperwork to file to get him to come to court...

the key is not waiting.. get the ball rolling...

 

and whats his location.. maybe he's close by. and what car does he drive...

I mail the check to Upland, CA. He gave me a work address in Ontario, CA. His name is Justin Villarreal. Has a 98 R with jap. front.

I am not calling him a scammer as of yet. I am very pissed about the fact that he is selling his car and doesn't inform me that he isn't selling the seats anymore and that if he has decided this, why he hasn't sent my money back. I wouldn't think that it would take 2 weeks, but what the hell do I know.

Oh yeah, and hanging up on me isn't cool neither.

Just an FYI. Even though I am stupid and thought a bank cashiers check would be safe, I am sure there are others out there that think the same way. A cashiers check can not be reimbursed to you. No matter the outcome of this, I will never use a cashiers check again.
