Default Holy effing S Batman!!!!!

OK so I was remounting my tach to the a pillar yesterday and didnt finsh because it got dark.

So you know, I took off the thing with the vents in it and unhooked the hazard switch.

SO this morning, I go and drive to church, with everything unhooked.

And coming back, I notice that my signals wernt working!!! wtf?!?!
So i thought they were relayed to the hazard switch somehow.
So I hooked it up and left it on the OFF posistion.
Signals still didnt work!!!

and now..the rest of the story

When I got home...i tuned off the car. Then engine still ran!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And then, I took out the key from the ignition. Still running...even revs up!!!

So im like wtf 10x over. And then I try to test my signals again. I press in the Hazard switch for it to turn on, and the car turns off.

So now, by gods own hand, my ignition is now controlled by my hazard lights. WTF!!???

But you still have to use to key to start the car and press the clutch in...unless you push start the car.

So I can actually lose both my keys and still be able to drive it around providing it isnt locked.

hey home boy
you switched the two plugs
there are two plugs behind the panel by your hazard button
one for the clock and one for the hazard button.......
you have the one for the clock plugged into the hazard button

i guarantee that fixes your problem

I did that a long time ago, I was pissed because I didn't even have a clock so I didn't even think about the clock plug. Fun stuff!

I tried that today (i had my trim and hazzards off anyway so might as well give it a shot) and it didnt work. It looks like theres no way in hell that clock clip could fit the hazards.

Try clipping your hazards in halfway. Dont worry about the clock plug in.

It would have been even more funny when he went to try his hazards with the car off and it turned on. But good thing its fixed. Can someone explain why it actually does that??
