Im planning on putting 2 qts in my manual,

I searched and didnt see any specifics here but

Has anyone Ran both in their car? I hear the fluid is the same, and they both work,

But...

Yes, the fluids are the same. The GM syncromesh is made by Penzoil, if you look at the part number from the GM syncromesh, it's the same that can be found on the Penzoil syncromesh. The thing is, the Penzoil syncromesh is cheaper.

 

how much fluid to fill up the whole h22 trans?

Where can you buy the Pennzoil Syncromesh? I didn't see it at Autozone or Advance Auto
