The only downside is the lack of damper adjustment. On the good side, I have had them on my car for the last week and got a chance to AutoX them and Track them (Gingerman). They were dampened for the 12/8 rates and felt pretty darn good for a setup from that price range.

As I stated in that other thread, if you want a suspension you can install/set the height and forget about. This is a pretty nice option. You feel the bumps on the street, but thats what you get when you want a suspension that can do street and track.

just height adjustable.. I was very dissapointed to see that.. a very good price for a nice setup though.. I'd buy em in this instant if I could convince myself that I don't need to adjust the dampening..

Honestly...for that price, you really can't go wrong. The quality is top-notch. I saw them in person, and was very impressed.

Hard to compare these to any other adjustable suspension because they are NON adjustable.

They look good and feel good around town, but IMO the ride quality around town is a real comprimise. It's not nearly as rough and obnoxious as the 400/500 on OTS Konis, but its not as good as Zeal B2/B6 around town with their adjustability.

They felt good at autox, can't complain there.

For the price they are very good.

update: i installed the front coilovers and camber kit today and they feel great. its alittle bouncy but i think thats because im still running the stocks in the back.

i have some function 7 LCA on the way and i dont wana end up breaking the rear strut bolt and be stuck with out a car for a few days. so im just gona get new bolts and wait till the lca's get here.

Here is a little insight to the adjustable/non adjustable damping decision...The only true benefit to adjustable damping is for long road trips or for the racer who plans on using several different spring rates w/ their suspsension set up. A well made coilover system, like Omni-Power, is set up from the manufacturer with optimized spring and damper rates...The moment the damping valving is changed a different spring rate is needed to keep everything working properly. Ideally a coilover w/o damping adjustability can go up or down no more than 2K to keep an optimum balance. If you have an adjustable damping coilover that is adjusted all the way to stiff, the springs & damping will no longer be matched to eachother thus resulting in a poor ride quality. Look at H&R for instance, they make incredible coilovers yet they will not use adjustable damping...Even on their full race set up. This is a company that is contracted by Porsche to make their high end coilovers...and I think most people would agree that Porsche has some great handling automobiles! So in conclusion adjustability is a nice feature only if you are going to stock a few different spring rates or if you take a lot of road trips and don't care that your suspension will not be properly dialed in. I personally have a set of Omni-Power coilovers installed on my Civic and I have been very pleased. The ride is definitely firm but not too firm...The handling is magical especially when you consider retail is set at $699...For the price you definitely cannot go wrong with the Omni-Power coilovers...They look great too!

which rates would you guys recommend with this setup? Car is mainly used for daily driving, however, i am looking into taking it to the track in the future: 10k front 6k rear or 12k front 8k rear
