City lights... what color?
I'm retrofitting a set of Bi-Xenon projectors in my lights and I'm also doing some other things to be a little different, city lights are one of them. What color bulb do you think I should use?

If he gets the cheap red ones, soon enough they will fade to pink

Well, in most instances, the city lights are used where our "corners" would be used, so you could wire the corners to only function as blinkers. Or, you could wire the corners so that just the outer/side portion (the small 168 bulb) is on with the city lights, and have the front portion (the larger 1157 bulb) only illuminate with the turn signals.
and also, for the 194 sockets I got the little rubber boot kind that you can get at Advance, Autozone, etc. Where you drill a hole then squeeze it in and it catches on its little wings to keep it from poping out. Now my question is, Should I drill a hole just in the high beam reflector and pop it in there that way the whole thing will be sealed up. Or do I drill a hole in the outer headlight housing and a smaller hole in the high beam housing right under that hole. So that way when you push in the rubber boot piece to the housing, just the light bulb sticks through to the high beam reflector? Did that make sense ?
oh, and the reason I picked yellow is because that's what color my high beams are.

wait, im confused...you dont have to take apart the headlight to do this do you?

That would be the best way, but if you're careful with the drilling it should be possible to do it without disassembling them.
