Megan R H-Brace
Hi I´m new here! Hope here somebody will be able to answer me.
I´m thinking of installing an megan racing h-brace, but my ride is already lowered and I´m afraid it will affect ground clearance. Any of you guys has
experience with this h-brace or has a photo of one instaled in the car?
Or does anyone know at what points of the car does it attach to?

Thanks!

looks like it attaches to the front pick up points for lower control arms and rear cross member.

i have one on my car and it's nice. I got it off E-bay for 60 bucks. I think it's steel casue its pretty heavy. It hangs low but that thing is solid and I'm not to worried about it.
What kind of concerns do you have with using it?

Jon, I don´t know if you know Portugal.. but unfortunately we are the country in Europe with the worst roads. I´m just afraid it will scrap the floor. My ride is lowered about 40mm in the front.. and sometimes I get in trouble with ground clearance. What do you think?
I smashed a big rock on one of the canyon roads out here the other day, it was a big one and it was hiding behind a turn. It held up good and the rock didn't, its a strong piece and personally I would rather have something hit that than my header
40mm is about 1.5 inches thats not that bad. i don't know your roads but i am lowered about the same and the only problems are things in the road, speed bumps are not one of them. It is lined up just about with my wheels so it doesn;t scrape on anything.
I hope that helped

I should let you know though that i did not get mine from them so I am not sure if it is the same thing. It is the same design but I am not sure about the material?

that's what I'm wondering... it looks to me like it's just a bunch more weight, and a waste of money.

the h brace is better. it bolts to 2 more places and helps stop the wheels from moving front to back. my friends got one and it picked him up a lot in the 60 ft
