I think Enkei manufacture's them for Honda. They are OEM optional rims available only in Europe. I know of two people state-side with these rims. I'm looking for an S13(Silvia).

Do a search for posts made by Spoon92, and you should find something. It was a lot of custom work. Sale pending right now guys.
