Has anyone done this strange conversion, I have and it was a freakin nightmare,it worked for about..what 6 months then the corner panels would not align properly.
I saw a picture online and someone did perfect without using crx corner panels.

Can you ask him how he did it and what all you need to do it? I'm assuming just a front clip from a CRX. I got a 89 DX Hatch and i think the CRX Front end looks better than the Civic one.
Also could you get the CRX Si-R front clip from HMO and use that instead of the USDM Front?

i beleive he said he got the bumper had to cut the bottom of the civic and bottom of the bumper then weld it put the crx front bumper support and it will go right on but it has to be from a crx hf.... ill tell you for sure what to do later...

when I put my CRX front end on, it all bolted right up. I used a 91 Si front and put it on my 91 DX hatch. The only difference between the two cars is the bottom half of the CRX fender is designed for the black plastic moulding the CRX's have and the CRX fenders are flared more with different corner lights. To overcome the lower fender issue, you can cut and weld on the Civic lower fender.

Not really. The only thing that makes the jdm crx front EXTRA SEXY is that it has the extra grille. Other than that, it doesn't match the hatch (the air inlets don't flow with the hatch)

Your right. To me it just does not flow at all.

None of those look that bad at all. It would **** me off though when seeing them coming at me in the opposite lane and I think its another CRX but it turns out to be a hatch.
