Default Any one here rebuild there own turbo.

any one here rebuild a turbo? How hard was it to do? and what parts do you need?

You'll need to have the shaft balance after replacing the seals. After taking it out it's best and very very recommended to re-balance the shaft rod and the compressor wheel.

my brother rebuilt his turbo on his talon...you need to buy a turbo rebuild kit from ebay or some company. and you don't have to get it rebalanced if you are careful...when you take it apart you can mark everything and so long as you line it up putting it back together you shouldn't need to get the shaft rebalanced.
