Looks like Full-Race is using either Z10's Drawings or same parts ? side plates and
mounting tabs on the x-member look to be exact dupes ?

The geometry of the bars are different on the Full-Race design. Actually, I believe that Geoff (designer) worked for Z10 and came up with the design for them. There is a long post about this in the forced induction forum and it explains a lot of the difference between the bars.

They are similar, but the Full-Race version mounts to the LCA in a better spot...

I had the Z10's and they hit the bolt at the caliper on my brakeline when I swapped to a bigger front set up, so I had to remove them, I will be selling my Z10's and getting some of these asap.

if i remeber correctly z10's are desinged wrong and bind, according to many people. the jimfab ones and now im guess the fullrace ones will not bind up. i remeber geoff saying that the jimfab ones were done correctly

Looks really nice!

How does one set up the bar so you don't damage anything.

I never experianced any binding with them, as a matter of fact, if they fit with my brakes (they rub caliper at wheel lock) I'd still use them.

No, you need to adjust them and get an alignment.
