Default Traction bars (x-member with radius rods) on auto x car?

What is your guys opinion on traction bars and there use in auto crossing? This is a set I picked up for my street car. https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=778517

I am currently building up my suspension and once I can afford a motor and a new car this one will become my track car. I personally like the way they feel and the way the car handles. I was just wondering if you guys or anyone you know is running them on there race car and what kind of result they have had.

James Evans used them in a CRX with great success in ECHC.

anyone who has tracked a car with these installed has rave reviews , think about how much deflection it would eliminate under load.

From what i have been told;

Geoff (Full-Race Geoff) is the one who designed the traction bar set up for Honda's. I believe he designed JIMFABs and I think the rest are kinda knock offs. he is also the one that redesigned the Full-Race ones and he is manufacturing and selling them in the previous link that i posted. I have them on my car right now just installed them over the weekend. I do know that he has claimed that these bar have the correct Geometrym and that there is no binding. i am having small issues still with mine, I had a washer or spacer that didn't fit right so i am talkin to him about getting a new one. but other than that I am just adjusting the radius arms and trying to make sure like you said that nothing is binding. So far everything seems right I am just trying to adjust it how I want it then get it aligned I'll let you know how everything feels

I too want to hear from someone with experience tracking these things, thats the whole reason I strated the thread

why would they be illegal? Any perticular classes they are or are not legal in?

they're deemed illegal like other things , prolly from a cost standpoint like CF hoods and other such things.

this is smalltime club racing , I think in H1 they're still illegal but that will prolly change soon.

not sure his screename but his shop is JE import performance.
