Fuggin Theives
Well as if my luck wasn't shafting me before... I wake up this morning to find my non-running car that was parked in my driveway without my CF hood. I had to go pickup my other means of transportation so I just went to pick it up before I checked the other stuff. Well I came back home opened the door and realized they stole my radio, my hondata 2b, my p28 and conversion harness, my cf hood, my boost and af gauges. They tried to steal my Si shiftknob and boot but ended up being dumbasses (luckily) and just twisted the boot to **** because they couldn't get the clip off. Here are pix of some stuff
The hondata
The radio box in the middle
the hood had a 3 or 4" scratch on the driver's side to the front near the hoodpin
the radio is missing the outer bezel (the pussies left it in the car)
the hondata box is a lil scratched up
the p28 has a obd2b->obd1 conversion harness. the wires are all black
the boost and a/f gauges are the sportcomp autometers with the black face and silver bezel.
I have to run to school. I'll post more later if anything. if anyone in the Miami/Ft.Laud/South FL area hears of a Hondata and/or p28 and/or wiring harness and a CF hood (it's CF with fiberglass skeleton) being sold please let me know.
UPDATE:
After making the police report and such the detective contacted me. Apparently he went over the tape from the camera that's pointed at the front gate. Well he saw what APPEARED to be a yellow EG hatch with a black/cf hood on it. He asked me if I had ever seen it around at the hangouts and such. Funny enough... I did. The lil ****** would come to the spots speeding up n down the parking lot. And the week before my friends went without me and they were going to run him. So they gave me a better description of the car. Well the detective told me to find out what I can. That I did. Just from knowing people who know people who know people who know people I found out who this guy hangs with, his name, where he lived and that he is infact associated with my stuff. All from good sources too. Anyway I let the detective know what I found out. A friend of mine actually knew one of the people who ended up with my Hondata and he was able to get it back for me.

Sorry to hear that man. I feel your pain. Someone stole my CTR headlights, Intercooler, and wheels a few months ago. I have had to purchase everything again just because some ******* is jealous or can't get a damn job himself.

Re: Fuggin Theives (CivicRyda2k)
Call up hondata and report the ecu as being stolen.. I have heard that they have recovered ecu's for people in the past.. Probably a long shot but couldnt hurt, If the ******* ever try to upgrade the ecu then you got it back and probably have them then..

Re: Fuggin Theives (ASHY-ELBOW)
thanks for the support guys. sorry i haven't replied to let u all know what's up but this is the deal:
like i said they stole my radio, my hondata 2b, my p28 and conversion harness, my cf hood, my boost and af gauges. They entered the car by the passenger side window but it was done so clean i couldn't tell till the crime scene investigation guy told me. In the neighborhood next to mine. a guy's 94 civic (dunno if it was an ex/si) was broken into in the same way. The guy actually woke up to go to work and car didn't start so he towed it to a shop only to have the mechanic tell him he had no ecu. Then I find out today that they broke into a friend's car last nite about 3 miles south of me. he had his ecu out of the car just so they wouldn't move the car, but they took his radio, cluster and some other stuff. The CSI guy lifted some prints so they're going to run them and let me know what's going on. As for replacing the parts. I don't know for sure yet. I just wanted to get the police report done so I can have proof when I call the insurance co. Well I'll keep you all updated. Thanks again for the support. This is why I love the H-T community, a lot of good people here
