He sent me a cracked transmission that is not useable. Originally he told me to send the trans back and ill get my money back. I sent the trans back (which isn't cheap), but i haven't recieved my money. Now he says that I can have my money back if I NOW pay sales tax and a 25% restocking fee, which is bullsh*t. He is saying that the trans was sold as is, but the add here on Honda-tech and in the IM's back and forth never once was "as-is" or "cracked case ever mentioned.

Cracked bolt holes? I dont get it, how can that be a shipping error, seems human error to me???

Did they crack when you tried putting the tranny on there? Or where they cracked to begin with?

 

cracked to begin with....i had the trans for about 3 minutes...when i noticed the cracks. Never installed the trans.

 

He wants to charge you taxes when you didn't pay them originally.....hmmm...how can anyone vouch for this guy..?!

 

If anyone knows this guy please let me know how to get ahlod of him and /or let him know this wont be over till im done and satisfied
