Default Turbo SOHC or go DOHC?

95 ex with stock motor. im stuck between going turbo on the SOHC or dropping in the DOHC. either one will be awhile before i have the money, but what kind of whp can i expect with turbo sohc and N/A dohc? sohc=turbo, dohc= no turbo.

Faster out of the box for less money
Less expandibility
More maintenance
Less reliability (than a stock DOHC)


DOHC
Less speed
More money
More expandibility
More reliable (than a SOHC-T)
