The first one looks like an A6 but its got me a bit confused....
The second one is a Y8 BUT 99 and 2000 do not bolt up easy! You must shaved off the whole air injection part. Its complicated to explain.... I had to do it. I am not sure if it works because I have no bolted on the manifold yet.... It sure looks like it will though. I think I will test fit it tomorrow. No longer doing my D series project so I have parts all over lol

does this help?
you will have to drill and tap the red hole, drill the green hole straight through, and drill the blue hole halfway through and then drill from the throttle body mating surface into that hole.
then you can use a normal 2 wire iacv, and any throttle body you want...
