In this thread DVC2004 said he would send out my fender(which i bought off him) on that friday (2/27). For the next two weeks, I spent my time contacting him to get a tracking number. I emailed, pmed and left numerous voicemails on his cell phone.

He finally sends me an email saying he would send the fender out on a monday(3/15) overnight. The day before, I even left him a message to remind him to send me my fender. So tuesday comes along and i wait all day, NOTHING. I have been calling him and emailing him with no response since tuesday night.

Tyler......two times you told me you would send my fender, and both times you lied! I went out of my way to get you your money for the fender overnight. For what? To have to deal with this?

small claims, warrant for his arrest! cops shall make him show up to court, else he gets in trouble next time they pull him over.

 

Oh boy... now that I've found my OEM sideskirts from another source I was considering sending him $275 for the OEM rear valances. Originally I was going to buy both the sides and rears from DVC2004, but he didn't accept a form of payment that offered me any protection. In fact, when I offered the suggestion of using an online escrow service to facilitate our transaction he told me no thanks.

In light of all the PayPal scams we've heard about lately, I can kind of understand him being cautious accepting payment by credit card via PayPal. The escrow service would have offered us both protection and still allowed me to use my credit card.

I don't mean to be piling on, especially if DVC2004 has some legit reason for not sending bboyoracle's fender. But, this whole situation is making me glad I was cautious when my gut was telling me NOT to send a money order. The lure of the OEM kit parts in my color was pretty hard to resist, but losing $500 was just too great a risk.

Please prove yourself innocent, DVC2004, I'm still looking to aquire the OEM rear valances.

 

now he is saying he wants to send me a "repaired" fender, I paid for a perfect condition fender. Give me my money back!

I am having trouble with the voice mail whats up? I believe I told you that
I would send you back the fender once it has been repaired, due to UPS being
uncooperative with me in payment with the fender I am paying out of pocket
to correct this mistake, please not that I have been responsive in the whole
transaction, I sent the fender out once payment was recieved now that UPS
has fucked everything up I am trying my best to correct the situation.

You never told me you would send me a repaired fender. You told me you would send me a brand new nhbp fender. Dont tell me this isnt worth my hard earned money. Like i said, give me my money back.

 

 

That's weird. I had a great transaction with DVC2004. I sent him a money order for $275 for some side skirts, and he shiped them out very quickly. I got them exactly as described. I hope everything works out for you two...

I'm damn glad I got all my parts elsewhere. It would have been nice to get them all new in my color, but I ended up getting everything anyway. Sides new in my color from Acura of Escondido, rears new from a guy on eBay (they're silver and will have to be painted), and the front lip (it's white and will have to be painted) used from H-T member Im_In_There.

I hope DVC2004 has a great excuse and that bboyoracle gets his deal straightened out.

Hello, I’m here now.

All I have to say is that everything would be all good if UPS was a little timelier in this matter. What happened was that I sent out the fender to bboyoracle the next day after payment was received, I’m not sure what happened after that but everything seemed to go downhill. UPS sent out the fender late and not only did they send it out poorly packaged they seemed to have slightly damaged the fender to the point where bboyoracle had to send it back. In that time I was not contacted by UPS that the fender was back in there possession, bboyoracle was very helpful in letting me know that he had sent it back through UPS pending an investigation on the damage to see if UPS was responsible. After waiting for UPS for 2 weeks they notify me that they are not responsible for the damages and that I would have to pick up the fender.

I have been away for spring break and I do apologize but now that I have been back and in contact with bboyoracle we have agreed on a fix for this problem. I don’t mind the criticism but I do mind being called a scammer when I did send out the fender when I was supposed too. I feel that I am being blamed for what is out of my control and I am doing my best to keep things neutral (paying out of pocket for a repair) so well see what happens next and please I welcome input from people who have purchased from me before with your stories.

PS. Bboyoracle I do again apologize about the miscommunication also about the fender that was supposed to be sent to you but never made it (My fault completely).

 

I apologize for calling you a scammer. Its just you promise me that you will send me the fender and i dont recieve it. On top of that its been hard to contact you lately. So what do you expect me to think? But i'm glad to see you come through.
