I've tried calling them and there is only an answering machine and the owner is "Bill". I have spoken with CivicCX from Honda-Tech and he too hasn't received what he payed/traded for. What happened was he was selling a Skunk2 Intake Manifold which was brand new for $290 shipped. So after talking to him for a while on AIM I decided he was legit and sent the money via PayPal. I was expecting to receive the piece by last Friday which was Oct. 12th and now it is obviously the 19th. I've tried talking to him, but he rarely responds and never gives a sound answer. He has not sent I nor "civiccx" tracking numbers, which he was supposedly supposed to e-mail to both of us, but still nothing. I am ready to report him to PayPal, VISA, my bank whom I hold my account with and just let everyone on here know about him. If anyone knows any other way to deal with this problem, any advice is definitely appreciated. I just can't stand working hard for my money and giving it away for free to some scamming *******. He's not taking my money easily nor lightly.

I hate to say this, but your probably not gonna get justice. Internet fraud is pretty easy when doing transactions like this. I'm not sure paypal can do anything. good luck ... There is h-t guy names DAVE-ROR he lives in Tampa,ST Pete area. hit him up he might be able to find the guy if you have a address.

ok. Your intake manifold has been sent out. The tracking number i have is wrong or something. I will scan it and post it tommorrow. This has been a big mixup. If it turns out that the post office has lost your manifold then i will refund all of your money. I have no problem with that.I m sorry for the problems but it really is not my fault.If you have any other questions then let me know. This really was not my fault.I will be able to contact the post office firs thing monday morning and find out what happened. It was shipped out from the post office on starkey road in largo florida. Again sorry for any problems but i am no scammer. Also I told civic cx that I was having problems with the taillights and would refund his money if he opted to but lost his email. So if you read this then please email me back.

 

The taillights and the manifold are two diff instances. If you guys want to bash me go ahead. I will post the truth on monday.Im sorry you guys feel this way.

Ok, listen up everyone!!! This is Bill from ECI Racing. I personally went with Paul (SpoonLSVTEC) to the post office to deliver this Skunk2 Intake Manifold. I am sitting at my computer right now looking at the delivery confirmation slip for it. I sent out several items that day, and they all registered on the tracking....except the intake manifold number. I know that it sounds suspicious, and you're right....I would feel the same way. I can't explain it. I had it happen one time in the past, and the tracking number didn't register until the item had been delivered. I'm sure it sounds like a load of horseshit...I'm the one typing, and I think it sounds like horseshit. But...it is the honest go GOD truth. I have been in business now for about 3 1/2 years. I haven't made it that long by scamming people. I am going to take a picture of this delivery confirmation slip with my digital camera this weekend. Then I'll post it here, and you all can see it. So please..until then, don't bash SpoonLSVTEC, or call him a scammer. I'm sure you all know that the post office does make mistakes. Paul is a very good friend of mine, and would never scam anybody. It's up to you guys to believe me or not.

I actually believe that, **** happens, especially when you deal on a large scale, it is the customer service that follows the mound that counts in cases like these.

 

That's right fellas. I've been shipping to just about everyewhere in the world and **** does get lost and there is NOTHING that can be done. Also there is what is called a physical track and an estimated track. the first is the package ACTUALLY scanned at that location. The latter the packed SUPPOSEDLY is there but there is not scan on it but it will say that is there.

It's all crazy this way with the shipping companies....ESPECIALLY.. with the USPS. For xample... JUST TODAY.... a customer wanted to find out about a tracking number.... 3 of 5 packages got there two days before they were supposed to be there and the other two got there the day they were supposed to be there. Yet.... the first packages didn't have Physical Tracking numbers cause they were supposed to get there the day after.

Let this guy prove his worth.... then if the facts are not there then carry out the lynching!!! But.... if the guy is legit there should be apologies on hand.

Not for nothing Mr. Bill from St. Pete but, you suck too. I remember ordering an oil cap from you that you advertised on thepartstrader.com. First off, you accepted my money. Second, you didn't even have the damn thing and you tied up my money for a month. So, I'd say your word isn't exactly as good as gold.

just remember people..........buying on the internet is VERY risky!!! There are not many fraud charges that can hold up in court on the net. Buy wisely!!!!!

Alright, Bill and Paul, I can definitely appreciate what both of you have had to say and as of now I believe everything you have said Bill. The reason why I am mad is that I sent out the money instantly via Paypal, $290 for a product. Now maybe to some that isn't a lot of money, but to me $290 doesn't just walk itself right into my wallet. The main reason I bought this was because I planned on receiving it by October 12th, so I could install it. I was guaranteed the Skunk2 Manifold by then, and lets see, it's a week later and still no word, no e-mail that I was supposedly supposed to receive in my mailbox. Nothing! Now I had a fellow Honda-Tech'r IM this guy on AIM and he instantly responded once he said he wanted to buy some things from him. Now at the same time I started IM SpoonLSVTEC with no response. No e-mail response, nothing. Now what would you think if that happened? If you work with a company and are trustworthy I don't think this is appropriate customer service, do you? If so, I'm very sorry. I will wait until Monday and then you can post the pictures here, e-mail me a confirmation number (tracking number) and I will patiently, but cautiously wait for the product I paid for honestly. Now if I receive nothing, I'm not giving up. You can hold me to that.

BTW, thanks fellow Honda-Techers. It really means a lot when I see how many people responded to this post and are feeling what I feel. I honestly appreciate each and every one of you, as cheesy as it might sound.

Paul & Bill, I still dont have my taillights and what do you mean by "problems with the taillights?" I paid you on October 4th, Bill accepted the Money from paypal October 5th, that day I send out my own taillights and emailed you back within the hour on that day with the tracking number...two days later which is October 8th you said it was shipped out already... You promised me that I will get my taillights last Friday, which is the 12th... and I still dont have it, I done my part and even emailed you the week of October 9th through 12th, after numerous email you didnt response 12th your excuse was "PC was down".

Am I asking too much again? I just want my taillights that I bought from you guys so I can drive my car again... Dint I say I need those taillights right away, because I cant drive my car without taillights...I was prompt and met your condition, when you wanted cash + trade for the 98 Integra taillights that you posted, Dont you thing it would be fair if you do the same, is this the way business should be run.. I already mentioned to you & Bill, I too sell in the net, not only you keep in touch during the sale, you should touch basis after, so people will come back...
