Default b16 bogging/hesitating when i punch the throttle hard in low rpm

SYMPTOMS:
when i am idling (warm or cold) and i stomp on the gas quickly the car hesitates and bogs and almost turns off. if i gently raise rpm to about 2k then i can punch it all i want. everything else about acceleration, power is fine

i recently used techron fuel system cleaner
both my O2 sensors are connected correctly
spark plugs are fine

please help

Could be a bunch of things...

No one here can say exactly what to look for since we have no idea what year is your car and how much mileage.

Heistation on a high mileage car is totally different that on a new car...

Also, when was the last tune up?

Also how do you know the sparkies are good?

Listen, hesitation can be caused by a ton of indivudual issues compounding each other. On older cars, it is not usually a part that makfunctions but a series of little things.

Do a tune up, check under the hood for loose connections and cracked vacuum hoses. Clean your injectors, replace air filter, pcv valve, cap, rotor and then if it does it still, then you need to look at certain individual components..

Sounds like you have a bad O2 sensor. Did you wire 2 O2 sensors into your B16A when you swapped it???

Check O2 wiring and operation, ensure timing is set to stock for now. Your cat could be damaged or clogged. my .02.

If your stock pump is working and you don't have any "serious" performance mods then a bigger fuel pump is overkill.

Fuel filters are cheap and easy to replace so give that a shot.

Is this every 2 minutes after you start your car?... is that EVERY start or only "cold" starts.... ?
