I am no longer interested in getting my money back. The purpose of this post is to protect honest honda-tech members.

He also told me he frequents the North West Street Racing board (www.nwstreetracing.com). I would not be surprised if this guy is still on honda-tech under a new screen name.
Here is what happened:
All the way back in September of 2003, we worked out a deal, my short ram intake for his d16a6 oil pan, plus I was going to give him free hood pins. I sent, but he never did. This guy waited 7-10 days for my package to get to him without even sending my pan, by the way. When this guy realizes that the intake doesnt fit on his car( I kept telling him it was a 92-95 intake), he tells me he'll send it back.
He wants my muffler that I posted for sale and says he wants to work out a deal, the intake plus partial cash(not the full amount I was asking) for the muffler (keep in mind the intake is still mine!) I smell something fishy, so I tell him to send the intake back first, then we shall talk business.
I did not want to bug him asking if the intake was in the mail yet, so once a week I would pm him and he woud give me one reason or another for not sending it out yet. After a long time, he said he had a buyer and he could send me a check. I agreed, but never saw a check either.
Well Thanksgiving rolls around, and Christmas is coming up. By this time I am getting annoyed. So I pm him this:
(11:03 PM 11/24/2003) cxSOHChatch: is it mailed yet? sorry i dont mean to be rude but im getting a little impatient. youve promised me twice it would be mailed out by tuesday etc etc. please let me know if it is in the mail and a tracking number would be nice too. that way i can stop bugging you dood. thanks
Well that was a great idea because this guy stops responding to my pm's. Then he blocks me altogether because my pm's wont go through anymore, yet I can pm other people just fine. This guy is posting on honda-tech, but he won't reply to me!
So I did the next best thing, I posted this right on one of his threads:

hey hondudef i know this isnt the right place to post this but you have not replied to me in 10 days and i cant pm you since im assuming that you banned me (i can pm everyone else just fine).
please either send me a check for $30 or my intake back.
i know it is the holidays and all but this is ridiculous. i sent you FREE hoodpins and i sent you the intake in good faith, yet you didnt even bother to send the oil pan out. you got my intake and pins and i got NOTHING but promises that id get the intake or the money the next week! and it has been about TWO AND A HALF MONTHS. please do the right thing man. i dont mean to come off sounding like a jerk but what would you do if you were me?
All of a sudden, I am unblocked, he pms me this:
(6:33 PM 12/9/2003) HondudEf: Hey, I just got back from Canada and I saw the flame....I sent a check 3 weeks ago before I left to the address you gave me for $35 (for the inconvenience) #296 out of my book....Ill cancel that and send you the money and did not intentionally try to make you wait this long. Im going to cancel the check today and send out a money order with a tracking #. Im really sorry about the bullshit I put you through and hope the extra 5 spot helps...sorry again

Well, that was the last I heard from him. I've emailed him and gotten zero responses. Can't pm him once again, so I'm assuming he blocked me again. Not that it would matter because he doesnt go on anymore.
It's been 6 months and I haven't recieved anything for my intake, shipping costs and my time and effort.
Keep in mind that he may still be on the board under a different screen name so do not deal with Rober Stuberg!!
