Default Difference between Nighthawk Black pearl, Flamenco Black Pearl,Granada Black Pearl?

What is the difference between these black paints?

Except for the fact they were on different years and trims.

I know NBP has blue flakes which u can see at certain angles and in bright sunlight. GBP has gold-ish flakes which u can see in bright sunlight. I dont' know about FBP, I never seen it myself in person.

Your granada and flamenco descriptions are reversed.

I got a granola black pearl GS-R ('94-'95 black color). It's a bit of doodoo brown behind the black.

Seriously? Honda actually had a colour named after *Rolled oats mixed with various ingredients, such as dried fruit, brown sugar, and nuts, and used especially as a breakfast cereal. (?)

*Quoted from yourdictionary.com

Actually, I would really like to know if those are the differences between those three types of black.

lol...no it's grenada black pearl. And yes it has a golden flake sorta backdrop behind the black if you look at certain angles in the sunlight. Up here in WA you can never tell the diff. between the blacks cuz it's never sunny.

I personally like the shine of NBP better than the other two. It looks good in the right light. I've actually had several people ask me if it was dark blue. To me it looks blacker than the other two, but I can imagine there being "blacker" blacks on the market.

I have Flamenco Black pearl and painted it Nighthawk Black Pearl. Big difference in shine. I am not sure if it is the Blue pearls or the fact I have 6-8 coats of clear on my car and was painted by one of the best painters in Cali.

nighthawk black pearl sounds a whole lot cooler, which isn't hard since flamenco black pearl sounds pretty homo.

NHBP looks slightly bluish, and in my experience FBP is slightly goldish (see sig)

I guess NHBP has a lot of blue flakes

Check out these threads...they all contradict each other

Ya, we need a close up of each color to actually tell the difference I guess.

Starlight Black Pearl is the same thing as Flamenco Black Pearl.

Granada Black Pearl is black w/gold metallic in it, and it came on the 94 and 95 LS, RS, GSR and 4 door SE.

Flamenco Black Pearl is black w/a silver metallic in it, and it came on the 98-2000 LS, RS, and GSR(they stopped making the RS in 98).

Nighthawk Black Pearl is black w/blue metallic in it, and it came on 2000 R's and 2001 LS, GSR, R, and 4 door GSR. It is the same Nighthawk Black Pearl used on the newer Acuras since 2001.

In my opinion Granada Black and Flamenco Black are a toss up for the darkest blacks. The Nighthawk Black Pearl has more blue in it, so it just looks like a really dark blue.

Well, they came on S2K's, so I don't know what's in that. I don't remember seeing any black S2K's on the road over here.
