I ordered a Tial wastegate from Anthony over at spark racing over 2 weeks ago and it still has not come. he has not given me a tracking # no contacted via PM for over a week! i know he has been on because he is posting on his posts! i have now missed 2 tunning dates with modern garage in SLC for my hondata. It is putting way to much stress on me to wait for thins when he says he sent it out! i live in Idaho it only takes about 3-5 days for stuff to ship not 20 days! i have just been very dissapointed with them. i also bought a spark racing turbo kit and it fit like crap. supposed to be a bolt on kit but the wasnt even BOLTS that came with the kit. thats how bad it was!
my 3rd attempt at tunning is tomorrow at 10:30 am and it a 3 hour drive so i have to leave here at 7am if he can get a wastegate to magically show up here in pocatello for me i will take back all that i said! Even if i have to wake up real early and go into the shipping company and pick it up! I dont even know what shipping company he is using!
The worst customer service i have had besides JTEC MOtorsports who deals there products!

You shouldn't be using PM's on a messageboard to contact a business - especially for problem resolution.

His phone number and email address is in his signature. If you haven't called him to discuss the problem you shouldn't be posting this.

 

your not the only one. ive never personally dealt with them, but many of my friends have and they say the exact same thing.

 

I think email is much more reliable in dealing with customers/buyers. A lot of times, others use your computer and the PMs will pop up. They will close them and totally forget to mention it to you. Then when you yourself come on to H-T...no PMs show up, except hidden in ur history.

It took my friend 3 weeks to get his ARP head studs which they said they had in stock...

 

the worst thing is i called him nad he said that he sent it to the wrong zip so it came back to him. so i asked if he could send it another way faster so it would get here by yesterday and he said he would do 2 day express and that was on the 23rd.if you ask me thats a slow 2 day express!

 

i had nothing but good dealings with spark racing

they do a lot of orders, every time im there i wait 30 mins till someone is avaiable to help which i dont mind. they have all the stuff you need at a great prices, they might lag a little but for the savings its worth it. everyone in entitle to their opinion but they are far from shady. sometimes the mail gets jacked up too so you got to take that in consideration.

Mail does get jacked yes!!! but i still have the right to a tracking # so i can see where it got jacked from if thats what happend. you have your opinion but its been 20 days and i have yet to see even a tracking # for it!

Anthony is the man, I've purchased a Innovative T3/T04E turbo and ARP studs from him and both have come to me safe and sound. the studs came within a week, and I live in NY... He is a great guy to deal with and the prices are great. Dirty laundry needs to be dealt with else where.

they have bad customer service. i call them up, and ask how much it costs to install a full suspension set up, and whoever picked up the phone talked to me with an attitude, like he didnt want to do it.

 

dude dont flame him cause hes trying to put some kind of awareness about a seller on here. u dont have to give him a , trying to resovlve issues like this can be tedious at best. if this is the way he has to be to get his stuff let it be. im sorry but ground across country takes 7 days beyond holidays. so lets say shipped on a sat afternoon after pu. that means doesnt acutally ship till following monday. so thats a total of hmm, 11 days or so. lets say it was in their processing for like 3 days that would bring it to 2 weeks, and that is plenty of time. sorry but customer service and customers in general should come first regardless. if and when i open a bussiness that will be my motto, as it has been at any job ive had as it is the way id like to be dealt with. so hopefully he gets his stuff. and ive heard good things about spark, but ive never personally bought anything.

That's nice that you experienced good service.....but what if you didn't? And then someone came on here saying they didn't have the same problem. Would you then be cool with it? Probably not.

 

anthony was a great guy too i bought a t3 flange off him i told him i would be there at 630 and he waited till 745 for me cuz of traffic and such, for a 35 dollar part! so he gets a in my book!
