Honda-Tech Discount for NASA at VIR 2-21/22 and future rules.
NASA-VA thanks the H-T enthusiasts for their support at VIR this past weekend and at all of our previous events! We hope that everyone had a good time, and we look forward to future events!
Although H-T was technically one short of the 20 people required (due to the fact that one driver was using worker credits and one driver only mentioned their name and not their registered friend's name on a phone call on Thursday night to my answering machine!), we have decided to give back 10% to all entrants that notified me of their Honda-Tech status. These drivers either listed it in the sponsor field (as requested) or e-mailed me/phoned me prior to the event.
So that means, that these people will get a $29 refund! I will be mailing out these checks in the next week to the addresses listed on the registration forms.
In the future, this is what is required to be on the list to receive a H-T 10% discount:
Drivers must list H-T in the sponsor field when they register. No later e-mails or phone calls will be accepted.
Drivers using worker credits ($0 entry) will not count toward the H-T discount.
Only HPDE 1, 2, and 3 drivers will count toward the 20 required. Instructors and racers do not count toward the 20 required.
There must be 20 drivers registered with H-T to receive the 10% discount.
Any questions? Please e-mail registration@nasaracing.net. To moderators: Any ideas on how to post this information permanently on this forum?
Thanks folks and see you at CMP on April 3, 4! Registration is open now:

Wow, thank you so much for your effort Laura! NASA is such a well-run organization, no other sanction bodies in the Northeast can compare to your greatness!

You and all the other fine folks down there run a great show, it flowed smoothly. I going to have to go back down some time this year, I can't get enough of the accent down there.
Thanks!

Wow. Thanks a lot Laura!
Even though VIR just owned my car, I can't wait till it's fixed and ready to go back to the track.
