91 civic Dx hatch
b16a sir II
Obd 0 PR3 ecu
i dont have any o2 sensors hooked up yet getting code 1 on my ecu which is primary o2.
the car was sitting for a while so im going to drain the old fuel and add new fuel...
any suggestions...
I think every thing is grounded correctly and i smell fuel so what could be wrong?

First off.
I would check the starter ground, starter power and battery charge.
Is it not even attempting to crank?

 

ok i'll check that later today.
and to answer to question no... it dosent attempt to crank...

 

i know it sounds stupid, double ALL your grounds make sure they are getting a good connection

 

well i was just looking at a pic of a ZC in a 4th gen hatch like mine, i noticed that he has a ground on the timing belt cover which goes to the valve cover; which then goes to the ground on the radiator housing. In contrast my ground only goes from the valve cover to the radiator ground.... maybe i'll add the other ground also...
