thats not bad at all man- i mean u do have 150+ thousand miles. do a compression check for shitz and giggles just to see how thats doing. overall 115 is not bad for that motor with those parts and that many miles
Why? D16Z6 is 125 Crank HP stock...with 15% drivetrain loss thats 106 HP...so you've gained about 10WHP with those mods...you should be happy! Bolt ons don't add power like everyone says they do. Want real power? Raise compression, upgrade your cam, or do FI.

As everyone is saying--
quitcherbitchin!!!
Your motor has obviously been well-cared for and it's plenty healthy. I'd be damn happy.
Jeez--I think my B16A2 only put down 104-105tq IIRC.

OMG! are you serious? Why would I lie about that? If I lied about that I would lie and say I have 135HP or something more meaningfull. Anyways I've been driving with it like that for 15K miles, and no problems yet. Been to the strip, now the dyno, and it hasn't shattered. If you would like to verify you can go here :http://www.opmautosports.com/, and ask them for Lamar Wilson's records.

did they remove 6lbs from the flywheel? or does it weigh 6lbs after lightening it? two completely different things....... nice #s for the miles...

haha! my question is how u shaved the weight off evenly? as in having no dips or high spots on it.

They removed 6 lbs (Which they said was the maximum they could remove safely). I'm not quite sure exactly how they did it. My guess would be with some type of lathe, kind of like one they would use to turn a brake rotor.

That is nice to know - not much fall off for similar mods on my hatch except I still have the stock flywheel. and 177,000 miles!!!!
