squeak in clutch pedal

Basicly as topic states. When i press on my clutch pedal theres a squeak, it recently started doing it when my axle popped out. i replaced axle and changed tranny fluid , anyone have any idea what this might be

Most likely not the throwout bearing.
Look at the slave cylinder. Peel back the rubber boot, and squirt some silicone lube in there. If you want to take it apart, get some grease on the rod inside the cylinder.
Also get under your dash and lube up the pivot point on the clutch pedal. This should alleviate 99% of your squeaking issues.
