Default EG retrofit completed

hey guys i just finished my retrofit....tell me what you think:

i know some of you may not think this should be in the tech forum, but try doing it.....it is pretty technical.

i'll have better pics soon!
























and yes the clear corners have gone!...lol

and sorry if imagestation is acting up...it has been all night

Looks really good. What kind of projectors are those? and what style HID?

the entire setup is from a 2001 Audi TT even ballasts , they are osram 4100K bulbs....which are the kelvin temp of all oem HID equiped cars......i'll get some pics of the light output on the road soon!....couldn't tonight it was snowing like crazy!

hahah, it took a lot of cutting at the old projector housing....if you look close in one of the open face pics you'll see that i just mounted the TT peojector to the cut down original projectors base....so that i could use the same aiming brackets and it is super sturdy and easy as hell to aim too

i got the entire setup off of ebay for 345 USD shipped to the door plus the cost if the denji projector housings plus materials......all in all it cost me about 650 CDN!!!

and it is worth every penny!!!!

ps- this was the first time i've ever done anything like this so don't be afraid to try it....it'll work out!!!!

yah that was my plan at first but i never had enough time to do it.......i'll have to look through my pics i took and find a few important install shots and then i'll start at it.........
