Wrecked the IS3...need advice!!!!!!!

Wrecked the IS3...need advice!!!!!!!
here's the story,
it was rainin hard and i was headin to work, exit the freeway, curvin the off-ramp, ran over some oil spill and spun out. the front of the car jumped on the curb on the side and blockin 1/3 of the road, half of the car was on the side walk and the other half was on the road. THen i tried to get my car back on the road then some guy came out from no where and hit me on the side doors.. I saw him from far away and hopin that he will stop, but he didnt. The car is so fucked up now and i really dont kno whose fault it was...so any ideas or suggestions will be appreiciated..thanx

****** bitchass cops didnt show up because it was rainin or some ****...i called 911 twice, and they asked me if any1 is injured...i answered no and they said it wasnt an emergency, so they wont show up. COPS

If you do it through insurance, the jag's insurance wil call you tomorrow asking if there's any pain be like when I woke up today my back and neck have a big sore and that's gonna get you some cash..
A kid around here was in a fender bender a couple years back and when insurance called he said his arm was in pain, and his back kinda.. ended up with 8 grand..

well...thanx for all the replies guys... 
i understand that this case is very hard to determine to see whose fault it was...i just talked to my lawyer today and he said he'll try his best to help me out...so for now im just countin on my lawyer 
since this is the rainin season, my advice for all u guys is drive careful in the rain.

This gets back to what I have always believed. I HATE that people on the road feel that they will put themselves in danger or even kill themselves just to have the rightaway. I have seriously seen people run into other peoples cars knowing they would hit the car just cause they know they have the rightaway. It really pisses me off. I myself am a reactive driver, I never take the dominant roll unless I have too. If I see somebody cut me off coming in my lane "I SLOW DOWN", I don't run into the back of them.
All in all, it sucks that the guy hit you but it sucks even more that he could have just slowed down and let you in the lane but chose that it was his rightaway and hit you. Dam, too much anger coming from me right now, so i'm going to stop typing and just think about something else

i would say you are at fault because it was your car that spun out and initiated the condition for the accident between you and the jag
