92 steering wheel
I was helping my freind clean out his garage earlier today and I found a 92 hatch steering wheel and it was in good condition so I kept it. I was looking at it and I was wondering if it will it fit on my 89 hatch?
I didn't ask for a dumbass remark, all I wanted was a simple yes or no or mabye a answer if it is possible how to do it. Sorry I dont have the Knowledge of hondas that you do because I have only been into working on my honda and learning about these things for a few months. Thanks

And to answer your Q: ZC'd89hatch: YES, I have a jdm EG6 steering wheel in my 88'. Why IDK?

I modified Mike's (jdmDXrex) EH2's steering wheel for his Rex... To actually make it fit on the CRX steering column wasn't too bad (you'll have to drill out about half of the splines in the EH steering wheel, different depth of threads and also cut down the hub on the wheel, sit farther down which also requires cutting new slots for your turn signal stops)... The harder part was making the god damn horn buttons work (for reason described above
), I originally was going to use the entire 92-95 Civic clock wheel and combination switch but since it isn't an easy fit I just opted to use the stock Rex unit... I just used epoxy to seal a washer which grounds over the horn buttons and lines up with the Rex's contact pin... Just my $0.02
