Im planning on buying an exhaust soon and i want to go with Magnaflow.. I have seen some GREAT setups on EFs..
I ran into this on EBAY http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...32688 its 4x10 with single in and dual out 2.25".. Will this fit? what size mufflers do you guys suggest? keep in mind im looking to be as stock size as possible.

Looks like it would fit as long as its not to wide.....its definately not to long or anything just the width is what troubles me. Otherwise your good to go as long as you mount it within the stock position.

Just go to the magnaflow site and look for retailers around you. Its not like that ebay auction has it for a great price. That one will be really hard to make it fit and look stock. Here is the one you need

I have one on my car with custom piping underneath. Sure its a little loud, but I am not running the stock engine or header so its expected. If you want any sound clips feel free to IM me.

same thing with the flowmaster. they make your car sound like shat too! jus a piece of advice. i know this isnt the flowmaster muffler post. but i just wanted to let you guys know they sound the same, and they both suck on some applications. i guessif you had a turbo setup it would be okay. well i dont know **** anyways. so i will stop now.

if not do i have to have it welded on there by a shop?

i dont know what all these cats are saying but magnaflow sounds great. i got a header, highflowcat, resonator and a magnaflow pipe. its all in the resonator. when i took it out for a test drive with no resonator it sounded like ****. so i got a resonator and it doesnt sound like a raspy bumblebee honda anymore. and i get lots of compliments from all my friends that drive turbo cars.

I have a magnaflow 2.5 cat back on my sohc vtec and it does not sound anywhere as loud as the other crx's I heard. But I do remember it did sound so much better 4 yrs ago than it does today.

magnaflows are good. i bet most of the guys that don't like them probably got the smaller sized ones. i have a 25 inch magnflow muffler on my DA and its pretty quiet and i'm running it w/ a test pipe. Some people don't believe that i'm running a test pipe cuz its pretty quiet.

I got the straight thru stock looking magnaflow, it's quiet at idle, but kind of loud at take offs for my taste, even though I'm running 2.5" pipping, resonator and cat
Sounds good and deep though, go figure
