Yup, PCV valve. Your hose is collapsed BTW, so in theory your car may burn a bit of oil during cornering. I changed my collapsed hose and PCV, and the oil burning went away.

well its not my car ...its a friends and they were driving and the car just bogged and then stop not starting any more
